I work with clients with a range of different issues including - loss and bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, relationship problems, low self-esteem, abuse, and childhood-related issues.

What do you love most about your job?
I love it when my clients and I have lightbulb moments, and through exploration together the client is able to take steps towards positive change. I get to work with some amazing people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I experienced counselling years ago and it really helped me through a difficult time in my life. It was such a positive and empowering experience that I decided I wanted to help others the same way. Being a good listener and empathic I thought it would be the perfect job for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am warm and approachable. My clients find me easy to talk to even when their issues are very sensitive. I work in a non-judgemental way. I am BACP registered and abide by the BACP Code of Ethics.
