Nina is just the kind of instructor you could wish for, especially as a beginner to the class. I felt so comfortable and at ease after a quick explanation of what I was to expect from the 30 minute session and felt I achieved much more than I thought possible and feel great! Highly recommend!

Nina is absolutely amazing; I can not recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and creates fast, effective and most importantly fun workouts which get you the results you want. She is always positive and supportive, whilst pushing you to do the best you can do. I felt really at ease with her, and she never judges, even when you're making a complete mess of an exercise! She just helps you do it right! I work with her as an online client, and she is always on the other end of the phone or Whatsapp message with tips, motivation and videos on how to best adapt exercises, as well as providing nutritional advice. I started training with Nina to improve my general fitness in preparation for running my first half marathon- the Great North Run.
Although I found it difficult, Nina was careful to work me at a level that was the right challenge. She encourages you in a fun and positive way during the session as well as checking that you're managing. Nina corrects your technique and checks in with you afterwards to see how you're getting on and to offer you homework throughout the week.
I've had a love hate relationship with exercise but I've always looked forward to going to the sessions and the sense of achievement afterwards has been fabulous. I've continued to see Nina once a week and my general fitness and strength levels have improved significantly.
I love her positive sunny disposition and have no hesitation in recommending her.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We cater for all fitness levels and work on a holistic level so that all of our clients are supported inside and outside of the training sessions. We offer structured plans to support all goals whether it be for improve your health and wellbeing, happiness, lose weight, tone up or come back to exercise after a long break - we are happy to work with you to ensure that all your needs are catered for.
Our training will help you to avoid spending hours in the gym and instead have effective workouts that will leave you feeling good, looking great and full of energy.
What do you love most about your job?
Nina is incredibly passionate and driven by the holistic impact that fitness can have on an individuals life - incorporating fitness into your everyday life can benefit your health and have a tremendous impact on your mindset - we truly promote 'Healthy Body - Healthy Mind'.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Nina established NJFitness in January 2016. After completing two big fitness goals of her own, including running the London Marathon and competing in Miss Galaxy Universe, Nina wanted to turn her passion into a career and help others using both her knowledge of fitness and psychology.
