Overall a wonderful experience! I hosted my son's 6th year old party last week. Shout out to Juie the event coordinator for her excellent customer service! She is very quick to respond and with clear instructions and information, and even go extra miles to help me out with some minor issues. This place has alot of restrictions in terms of what you can bring to the place for birthday party. Make sure you ask during your planning process so there is no misunderstanding. That is probably the reason why the place is very well maintained! They provide beautiful decorations and utensils etc., which really makes it so easy to throw a fun party there! Kids had soooooo much fun! They wish for more time to play! There are so many staff, each party room has their own party host who helped to bring the stuff to the party room, ask if they can help us clean up, and came in a few times to see if we need any other assistance. I see other people have a negative experience with this place, I think it really depends on who you met! I'm blessed to have met Juie and the team. Keep up the great work! More...

What a great experience! I hosted my twins birthday party at Ninjaz and it was so much fun. My kids were running around and did not want to come in for cake! It does tend to get busy though. But staff is friendly and very helpful and helped us with our stubborn ice cream cake:-D Thank you Reyanna- our party host. I will certainly come back! for playdates my kids loved their warp wall . I was there ob sunday and we had an amazing time.
It was our third time there and the one guy was there twice an he makes the whole experience amazing.
He makes you feel like its just about you and he is there to help. Encourage and motivate.
He coached my daughter to be able to do the wall and i really appreciate what he does.

Got there at 2:15ish and we got the hour pass with my little brother and sister. On the pricey side of 20$ for kids and 24$ for adults, for us 3 it came up to 74$ and completely honest with you it's worth it all. You get a great work out in and have some fun with it also! The kids can run freely and enjoy all the obstacle courses. Staff were really nice and attentive on showing you how to do things, and setting safety precautions. We watch American Ninja Warrior as a family so when we found this place it was at the top of the kids' "Must Do" list. It was a fun experience for everyone! Although we were expecting much longer obstacle courses the obstacles were still fun and challenging. Originally we were planning on staying 3hrs but 90min was enough. My son who's 11 was just shy by half an inch in height to try the adult course and was very disappointed there was no Warped Wall or Quintuple Steps on the kids' course. These are two very popular obstacles that should be incorporated in a kids' version for the course. As a professional fitness trainer I operate my own fitness studio, Trainers Den. This is not something I'd recommend for someone who's inactive but you don't have to be an "athlete" to enjoy the obstacles. Of course the better shape you're in, the more you will be able to do. Great place for a birthday party! All of the kids had an amazing time. The facility is awesome; something different from the average play gym. The kids ninja course is challenging but fun and the soft play area has a cool big red racing slide. The soft play area also has some fun “ninja-type” things to try. Brought my 6 year old daughter here, she loved it! Had a great time in the soft play area, but spent most of our time climbing. She was a little afraid of heights but Timothy was so helpful in getting her to conquer her fear. She must have climbed to the top at least 10 times thanks to him. Keep hiring awesome people like Timothy! He certainly saved the day for us. More...

We just had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here and it was the best birthday party ever. The place is spotless, the equipment is amazing, and the kids had a blast. The staff was phenomenal, especially David. They set up the party room really nicely for us, helped us all morning with the kids and the food, and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything or if they could help us further. It’s also a great spot for accommodating lots of kids if you have a bigger group. I would highly recommend this venue. We couldn’t have had an easier, better birthday party. More...

We had an amazing time at NINJAZ Canada. I didn’t know what to expect going in and to be honest was a little scared but Bubba made us feel very comfortable. He showed us around the obstacles and just let us be. I really appreciated all the guidance he gave us and felt really supported the entire time. I’ve been to Ninjaz many times with my kids for birthday parties and PA days but today was the first time that I challenged myself to do the adult obstacle course.
With the expertise and encouragement of instructor Bubba, my friend and I completed most of the course. Bubba was so helpful, friendly, and made our experience fun and we got an amazing workout
