Amazing time at NinjaKour. First time here, won’t be the last. Doc was an insanely good instructor for the course. Great gym, great staff, and a fluffy fat puppy behind the desk. What else do you want? Highly recommended!!!!! More...

Great place for my son. He loves the obstacles and the challenge they offer him. The camaraderie he gains from the others in the gym is priceless. I love watching him conquer a new obstacle and seeing the sense of accomplishment he gains from it. More...

I love NinjaKour Doc Ninja and his team are the absolute best. I've been several times with family members, several times by myself. The workouts test speed, strength, agility and balance. And they're a lot of fun! Try the Ninja Experience, or at least treat your kids to it! More...

Enjoyed ninja training for my sons birthday and then open gym time to polish our skills. Super encouraging staff. All three of my sons made it up the warp wall!

One of my favorite places to visit when in the ATL area. Great staff, awesome people and great ninja training facility. A must in my opinion if you are looking to get ready for an obstacle race, training for ninja warrior and overall fitness with their crossfit programs.

This place is a lot of fun. Be prepared to take an in depth skill test the first time you go, but it's a pretty cool venue.

Came here with a group of CrossFit athletes looking for a change of pace. It was an amazing experience...a lot of fun, challenging things to try and all the coaches were helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Dropped into NinjaKour today because my home gym was closed for a seminar. You must try this place! The trainers were awesome and it’s a lot of fun. Pretty sure I’ll be a little sore tomorrow. More...

Don't be misled by the tame appearance of this building. It may be hidden away just a bit, but as you step inside it's clear you have entered another world. You'll most likely be greeted by a friendly, high-energy gentleman up front where you can peruse through some merchandise, learn about the establishment, and see pictures of previous (and current) ninja successes. The gym itself is an interesting environment: in the middle you'll find people pushing their physical limits, being coached by Doc, and cheered on by the whole team. Surrounding the middle you'll find a playground for children and adults alike. From the quadruple step to the Warped Wall you'll find a variety of Ninja Warrior obstacles being emulated here: (Balance obstacle, peg board, key lock, trampoline practice, spider jump, etc). The ORIENTATION and EVALUATION (O&E) is a necessary piece for engaging with obstacles in this gym. Your coach will lead you through each of the obstacles and provide an explanation as to the best means of approaching the challenge. It's definitely a fun time, and it's a phenomenal work out. I strongly encourage bringing your friends and coming as a group. The ninja community is a strong, supportive, tight-knit family essentially that is typically trying to bolster one another to accomplish the feats we all hope to achieve. Shout out to Patrick and Shawn for being extra patient with my countless fails, haha. More...
