I have to give this place a 5+ stars. I just had my kid’s birthday party there and had an outstanding experience. Everyone there was so nice and attentive, from booking party with Jennifer, then going over details with Lory a few days before the party, to the excellent service provided by host Kiki and the guest “check in” team. Everything went as wished for?. We picked the “Acro Warrior Extreme package” and added some Bazooka and virtual reality. The kids had an amazing time as coach Josh (top notch coach) showed them a fun "American Ninja Warrior" time, competing with one another, climbing walls…etc. Josh couldn’t have been more energetic, fun and kind. If you want a memorable party, go to Ninja Lounge, they will sure take care of you. Kudos to the customer service provided and thank you team for the great experience. More...

There is so much to do I advise coming early so one can rest and keep having fun. We will definitely be back to see some of the other parts besides the Ninja course.

I love this place! My son has been attending the Ninjakour classes with Zayyi and Daniel for the last couple of months, and I couldn’t be happier. They are excellent coaches, so skilled, and really kind and patient with the kids. My son can’t wait every week to go back! This place has been a really good find for my family!! More...

It is a nice place to spend time with the kids and friends, very good first time for us!! We paid a decent hour price for the trampolines, the area is well maintained, love the basketball court on it. We look forward to go back and try more, the virtual reality room sounds great for our next time!!.
I want to say thanks to the staff, specialy to Michael, who answered my call and helped me out when I forgot my son's glasses there, he took the time to find them and save them for me.

My son had a Great time with his friend.. A little pricey for sure ... we Drove from Wellington and would have expected better food since we were going to be there for a long time. But overall the place was nice. One other thing the obstacle course that was for the younger kids was too small for my eight-year-old son which is extremely athletic and the bigger course wad just for 18 and over So we found that to be a little unfair especially when you pay for “everything” but we did break the rules and allowed our son to take a crack at the bigger course which he did amazing. Needs to be opened for the kids in between for sure. And when you pay for the “everything” package you expect for all rides to be open and some were closed yesterday. I give it a 4 because my son truly enjoyed himself. More...

I have been here numerous times. It is overall a great experience but it can get busy on weekends and you need to have patience. When the lines get big, the delay is usually not on the people working the front desk, it is the stereotypical parent who is clueless on how to fill out forms, not provide all details, not knowing what they want (even though they had 15 minutes to decide while waiting in line), etc. Disclaimer: If you live in South Florida, you know what I'm talking about (if you don't that's because YOU ARE that person and you need to get with the program). The other issue is that some parents have no lack of control on their kids and its impossible for the workers to be on them 24/7. I have seen the staff try their best to curtail negative behaviors only to see the parents get upset with the staff. Personally, my wife and I have never had an issue with the staff and they have always been very helpful. Anyhow, we have done the camps a few times which our kids love and enjoy. The coordinator (Veronica) is very attentive, polite, and patient (see above as to why). While my kids have enjoyed all the counselors they have had a special shout out goes to Isiah who pushes the kids to do their best but is there to support them and encourage them when they fail. I also want to say thank you to Isaac who a few times have also helped us. The best time to come is early when they open. Of note, I have no conflicts of interest. More...
