What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide various accounting services that include the creation of a business entity to closing down a business. We can recommend and setup new accounting software. If you require someone to take care of all your bookkeeping and other financial requirements, we can do that as well. We also offer payroll services that includes processing all federal and state tax obligations.

A great accountant can pay for themselves. They will be able to save costs or increase revenue with proper analysis. Businesses should find an Accountant that is concerned about the financial position of the business. I love helping people and small businesses succeed. In order to succeed as a business you need a to rely on others to help along the way. I want to be part of that team that helps a business succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration came from hearing about individuals and small businesses being taken advantage of by the big tax firms and CPA firms . They use individuals with no tax experience preparing your tax return and charging outrageous fees. I started my business to help individuals and small businesses so they are not taken advantage of by others in the industry.

Tax Preparation
Prepare and file your tax returns. This includes individuals, Trusts, Estates, Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, S Corps, and C corporations.
Tax Planning
Review your tax position and estimate your current/future tax obligations. Analyze your future tax obligations and recommend ways to reduce your tax bill.
Tax Debt Relief
Work with the IRS to implement a plan to eliminate your back taxes. This can include a payment plan and/or reduction of your tax bill.
Tax Return Review
We will review your already prepared tax return for accuracy at a reduced cost of actually preparing your tax return. We will notify you of any errors or recommend ways to reduce your tax bill.
Payroll
A full-service payroll for your employees. This includes filing and paying all tax obligations with Federal and State entities. We can process payroll weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly. It also includes W-2s and we can issue 1099s to your independent contractors.

Entering and maintaining your company's books on a monthly basis. This includes recording all transactions to the proper accounts and ensure they reconcile to your bank account.
Accounting
Our Accounting services will round out all your business financial needs. These services include maintaining budgets, cash flows, Financial Statements, making payments, collecting revenue, performing month and year end close, bank/credit card reconciliations, other reconciliation issues, and consulting on other business needs. We can also implement a new financial or accounting software.
Sales Tax Filing
File and pay your State Sales Tax on a monthly basis.
Business Consulting
We understand how to run a business from the top down. We can provide valuable information on business transactions, operations, federal and state requirements, and any other business related problem. Our consulting services are billed in quarter hour increments and we will provide an estimate prior to the start of services.
