AWFUL, MAKE MISTAKES, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, DO NOT GET CALLS THROUGH.<br />I’ve been a client of 1ca for over two years and for the last past 2-3 months they have failed to file the PAYROLL, VAT. Some of the form they filed last year are wrong (P11D). They have shown to be very unprofessional, with not experience at all in accountancy. Now they have set up a new team and according to the leading<span id="moreReview508646" class="hide"> accountant they will improve the customer service and they will deal with things promptly. Still this has not happened. After a month of emailing him and trying to contact him and booking even a call to talk to him, he has not come back to me yet.
