I am a discreet professional and confidentiality is most paramount between client and trainer, this will not be compromised.
I am a motivated trainer and my specialized areas are, Karate, Boxing - Boxercise, Cardio & Weight loss, Mind & Body, Reaction & Coordination, Flexibility improvement, Circuit classes, Boxercise classes.
