I tasted a lot of cake with my mom for my wedding at 3 different bridal shows. I would say at least 10 cake companies before I found Nieceys Sweets. This woman was perfect. Literally the best cake I've ever had at a wedding. The cake by itself was delicious and then you add frosting and boom, the best thing ever. The cake was decorated beautifully. I brought some left overs into work the next day and everyone was talking about how great the cake was. One person didn't know it was my wedding cake and said "you should of hired this person for your wedding." Surprise!
Stop comparing bakers and chose Niecey now, you will not regret it! I cannot say enough great things about her as a professional person and her talent as a baker. More...

Ordered a cake for my daughter-in-law's 30th birthday and I was wanting something special. Niecey didn't disappoint. She came through for me with an amazing cake that was everything I had hoped for and then some.   All I can says is THANK YOU!!!!

I ordered a custom cake from Denise for my husband's birthday. She not only met, but far exceeded my expectations with her design and delivery of the cake. My husband isn't a fan of fondant, so she painstakingly used buttercream as the topping and decorated on that instead. The cake was also light, fluffy and delicious! And the icing was scrumptious.Denise is a true baking and decorating master. I would 100% recommend her services to anyone and everyone. PS the kanji "good fortune" gold fondant sign was only a little messy because I may have had a small accident while moving the cake, but prior to that it was spotless! More...

I was looking for a custom cake that would really be special for my daughter's 13th birthday. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, just that it should be a beauty theme and it should feed 20-25 people and be both chocolate and vanilla. She has amazing flavors to choose from on her website but since this was still primarily a kids party wanted to keep it simple flavors. Niecey sent me some photos to get a sense of what I and my daughter would like. We saw a cake that we loved that she said she would do something similar. When we picked it up, it even exceeded our expectations with some additional elements/decoration. It was a beautiful cake. My daughter loved it and it wowed the guests. Niecey did an amazing job for us. We had 96 cupcakes with 4 different flavors: red velvet with cream cheese icing, vanilla with vanilla icing, chocolate with chocolate icing and pineapple with butterscotch icing. They were all amazing but it seems like the pineapple and butterscotch was the favorite. She made us a small 6" cake topper for us to cut and that was pineapple as well. The barrel looked amazing with a sugar topping that looked wine grapes, vines and leaves, it was beautiful. The way she set it up was perfect and it all looked great together and it tasted amazing!! She actually made a faux 4 tier caked for us and then we had 2 sheet cakes in the back. The faux cake was beautiful. With a faux cake, it allows us to buy another smaller cake from her next year on our one year anniversary! I'd rather not waste this great cake being freezer burned and didn't want to eat stale cake 1 year later. Even one of my friends who is a wedding planner said it was the best cake she's ever had and she does weddings almost every weekend! I brought some left overs into work the next day and everyone was talking about how great the cake was. I fell in love with Niecey's cake flavors at a bridal show. We had a fantastic tasting and had the most delicious and moist cakes at our reception. We went with a 6 inch round cake with a 75 cupcake tower. Our flavors were lemon pineapple with NY cheesecake frosting, Vanilla with strawberry filling and chocolate with Oreo filling and frosting. As someone with a sweet tooth, wedding cake was very important to me. Niecey is an incredibly talented baker, and created a lovely 3-tier cake for our big day, with 3 different flavors: pumpkin spice with cream cheese frosting; white chocolate cake with nutella; and devil's food with coconut (DELICIOUS). She also made wedding-themed chocolate covered oreos, tiramisu, mini mango cheesecakes, and gluten-free cupcakes. Everything was delicious, and she set up the dessert bar beautifully. The color of the cake was a bit darker than I'd hoped for, but looked nice regardless, with a pretty fondant bow on top. Niecey was really flexible, and very affordable. She put up with my ever-changing mind, and was a joy to work with throughout the planning process. I wouldn't say our experience with Niecey was PERFECT, but she's still early in her career, and I think she definitely has the talent, and just needs some improvement with regard to running a business efficiently. I'm late writing this review but I had to make sure I got it on here. I hired Niecey a few weeks ago to make my best friend's birthday/engagement cake and cake pops for a 1920's theme party. Niecey was so great throughout the entire planning process. She was responsive to emails and willing to help brainstorm ideas for the cake design. She even went to an antique shop to find a broach and pearls to accent the cake with!When there was an issue with the cake the day of the party Niecey took time out of her day to come to our home and make sure the cake looked absolutely perfect. She truly went above and beyond. Besides the wonderful customer service and beautiful finished product the cake and cake pops also tasted wonderful. I was searching for a baker who could design a special cake for my sister's engagement party. I partnered with Niecey to create a custom cake that was pretty unique. We designed a chocolate cake with alternating layers of caramel turtle cheesecake and pecans. OMG- it as heavenly. Not only did it turn out amazingly well (see attached pics)....it was so delicious. Only two minor issues to report. 1.) A small amount of parchment paper was left behind on one of the cake layers. 2.) The figurine atop of the cake was not a "stand alone", it was placed inside a decorative sculpture which made the figurine harder to see. All in all, I would rate Niecey's Sweets a 5 because of her exceptional customer service. Niecey was genuinely interested in making sure that I was highly satisfied with the turnout of the cake. We ordered from Neiceys Sweets for my two sisters' baby shower! The cakes looked and tasted great, the cake pops were a hit too! Neicey's delivered the cake to the location right on time, and was very nice and sweet the whole time! I would certainly order from her again and highly recommend her to family and friends! More...
