Just tried this place for the first time, and I'm pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is great, the service is excellent, and the food is fantastic! I had the lasagna, and my wife had the chicken Caesar salad, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Definitely recommend this place, if you're in Cathedral City, and you want some good Italian! Went for dinner, it was very good. Our server was very friendly and super helpful. They have a good well rounded menu with something for everyone. I loved the garlic bread that was offered for the table a nice touch instead of just plain bread. The servings were a good size and came from the kitchen poppin hot! I love to support local businesses and this is a family restaurant that is doing it right. The menu pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely go back. Service and food was superb! My sister and I shared the Florentine with Penne and it was delicious. Very creamy. My husband got the meat lasagna and parents shared the seafood linguine. They all enjoyed their food. I also ordered the Cesar side salad, it was too much dressing for me. My sister ordered the house salad with dressing on the side (better option). Wow wow wow wow. Blast from the past did not disappoint. We used to live in this area 20+ years ago this was our favorite spot then we had to make it by on a recent trip back. The food was exactly as I remembered. Â Sometimes when you build something up in your mind as so delicious That you judge all other Italian restaurants by them.That has been Nicolino's for 20 years and it's exactly the same as remembered, Â super-clean, super friendly service very affordable and amazingly delicious. 10 stars.My wife is always judges cannolis based on this place we just ate one , crunchy on the outside perfect filling beautifully executed. I wish I had the room to eat another meal right now. Recommend the cappuccino ice cream as that was always a memorable favorite as well the chicken Parmesan was so good it would a Vegan happy!
