Amazing seamstress! I bought my wedding dress in the US before moving to the UK. I didn’t know anyone in London and I was very nervous to trust someone with making alterations. After extensive research and a recommendation from my husband’s coworker, I decided to go to Nicole. Her service was outstanding! My wedding dress is quite elaborate with a long train, several layers of fabric (skirt) and numerous beading. Nicole altered 2 dresses for my daughter’s wedding. My younger daughter who is a bridesmaid had a very fine and quite fiddly dress to alter. Nicole was brilliant! She made really helpful suggestions and took as much time as was needed to pin the dress which had lots of fabric - and re pinned it when my daughter wanted it a different length. She is delightful to work with, and finished the alterations pretty fast. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs anything altered. I contacted Nicole to have my wedding dress hem taken up at short notice so that I could wear it again for our second celebration with different lower heels. Nicole was lovely to work with a did a fantastic job taking up my silk skirt. I was able to dance freely without fear of tripping over in the lower heels. I asked Nicole to take in a dress I got from the highstreet so it could fit me better for a wedding, she did it INSTANTLY and to perfection. Nicole altered two dresses for my bridesmaids - shortened them and made alterations to the bodice. Very quick work turnaround at an excellent price. The finished product was like new, very high standard. Nicole is also so friendly and always really helpful with timings to pick up/measure/drop off (my timetable was a bit hectic and Nicole was so adaptable!).
