I took my 3 year old son in today. He hates having his hair cut and has extreme meltdowns whenever he does. I had already let nicole know prior to the appointment and she couldn't of greeted us with more smiles! she kept james calm, played and chatted with him whilst doing his hair and we didnt have one meltdown! Absolutely amazing and would highly recommend the girls at the salon. Nicole was very professional and knew exactly how to handle james so he didnt get any anxiety! He has hair looks fab too. More...
