I had a wonderful experience working with Melissa from NicNats Bakery. She did an amazing job on my wedding desserts and display, which included 12 dozen cup cakes in 6 different flavors and a two-tier (8 inch with 6 inch on top) cake. Extremely well priced, available for taste testing, great quality food and beautiful and creative presentation/display. She went above and beyond to make the desserts match the theme of the wedding and clearly spent a lot of time making sure the display was just right for when we arrived to the reception. What inspired you to start your own business?
My name NicNats is after my nieces, Nicole and Natalie. I started baking cake when Nicole was 2 years old. My brother was a young father and couldnt afford a big bithday cake and I decided to try and make one. Here I am sixteen years later still helping create cakes to put smiles on everyones face!

I don't have you pick from a book of photos, I allow you to truely customize every detail of your special day. I offer as many free consults, emails, and phone calls that are needed to ensure all details are correct.
