Nick was awesome to work with! His idea to have a mini session at the Christmas tree farm was brilliant! It was relaxed, fun and produced such beautiful pictures. Nick was relaxed and he helped us relax too. He got the kids attention by showing genuine interest in them or what they were doing. We had the privilege of having Nick Zator take our family pictures. It was such a great experience. He was willing to travel to where we were in order to take the pictures. Which was from vancouver to abbotsford. He also did his research and found a great place near our home. That made it so stress free. He was very easygoing and had different ideas for us to try. That was very important when you are trying to get a one year old to pose for a family picture. He took his time and made sure we had a good experience and that we went away knowing there were good pictures taken. Nick is also very easy to talk to, which made it easier to be ourselves while taking the photos. Also, we were very impressed with how fast he sent us the edited photos and they were fantastic! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The human connection. Having camera knowledge and photographic skills is not the only thing that makes a good photo. The key to a timeless photo is the connection of the subject to the viewer.
