I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy for adult individuals. I have extensive experience working with people who have chaotic or turbulent personal lives, whether in the past or currently, as well as people looking to make sense of their difficulties within relationships.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy is most useful for people who would like to understand more about themselves, as well as achieve some relief from their problems.
It is often best for people considering therapy to meet first for a consultation, to see whether working together would be a good fit for you and the issues you'd like to bring to therapy. Following this we would decide whether to arrange further sessions: these would usually be scheduled for the same time each week and can either be on a time-limited or open-ended basis.
