What do you love most about your job?
I love to hear back about peoples amazing experiences it feels really special to know that they have made fond memories that they will carry with them for life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love travel, I have travelled extensively and wanted to keep myself surrounded with like minded people. Chatting with clients on the phone about their own experiences or their holiday plans is invigorating and a very positive environment to be in.
Why should our clients choose you?
Definitely for the personal touch. I find something that suits my customers personal needs. I will organise everything, even do the advanced passenger information and check them in! My customers travel with my personal number should there ever be any problem. .No Call centre ever! You cannot get this level of service online!
