Joey Hext asked me to prepay 4 sessions, but after two he stopped responding to my calls and messages, so owes me £80. On top of it all, he's still walking through my street on a constant basis so I keep having to see his face.

Nick has been a great motivator and helped me on my way to losing my baby weight and most of all helping me to strengthen my core and wrists which were a particular problem for me due to having a heavy baby. Nick was a great help in improving my general fitness and cardio levels, as well as preparing me for my upcoming trek to Machu Picchu.
Each session is different, incorporating a good mix of both cardio and core training, and fine-tuned to what I wanted to achieve. He has a friendly and fun approach to sessions and is a great motivator, even when you're feeling particularly lazy. It's a great alternative to working out in a gym.
As a result, I definitely feel fitter; I can handle more cardio without overheating and shortness of breath, can now manage more press-ups than I could before and have improved my lower back strength alot, after years of exercise with poor posture causing lower back pain.

Having slipped a disc at the beginning of this year, things were looking pretty bleak! I wasn't able to play football, go swimming or exercise full stop due to the severity of the injury. But Nick helped me get back exercising.
