What do you love most about your job?

Helping individuals, team and organisations overcome challenges and enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I worked for a training company before that said they created bespoke solutions for their clients, but they really didn't. I felt that each organisation is different and therefore so should the development that they invest in, so i created Progress International in 2002.
