Iv just had a read through some of these reviews. Some are not that nice. I have worked as Iscm for nearly 2years now myself or my team of workers havent exprienced any of these issues. We all get paid on time. If i need help from the area manager she is alway on the otherside of a phone to help or she makes a vist to the store. I started working for nic 25 years ago since then been to many companies with tupe . I was given the opportunity to go back to nic nearly 3 years ago, since then I have not looked back, they are supportive , training correctly , the recruitment time is absolutely brilliant, if there is a pay query it's dealt with that day , I have a great boss , so pleased I rejoined the company .
