Sam from Nexus designed and managed the extension to our mid 19th century farm cottage. From our first meeting I felt he understood exactly what would suit both me and the house. We encountered more than our share of unexpected problems, but Sam was always available, supportive and above all professional, from arranging planning applications right through to final completion. The building inspector admired the way the extension complemented the house, and even our regular house martins gave their approval by building under the new eaves.
