At times life can be hard, we can sometimes find ourselves having to deal with issues and problems that we are unable to control, and things that are unexpected and unpleasant to deal with. Experiences such as losing a loved one, trauma, pressures of life, and stress at work or school are just some of the examples that can begin to affect every day life, making it difficult to function day to day.

Next Step Counselling Services (NSCS) work with a wide range of clients including adults, children and young people; who present with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, harassment, bereavement, attachment, family break downs and abuse, to name but a few.

At NSCS we can provide emotional support and the opportunity for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
