What makes a great website?
Many different factors, strong brand and design a given, I would say that there has to be a clear vision on what the website needs to do. What journey the client will take and to do what.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What do they want to achieve by having a website?
What digital assets do you have?
What are the existing processes of how you do your business? How do you operate as a company?

What do you love most about your job?
I work in many sectors with companies providing me with information, brand bibles, existing processes. I have to put it all together rather like a jigsaw and make business suggestions where necessary.
Websites are a very important part of overall marketing and how the company operates. The website must reflect the company well.
For example, if you want News items on a website, keep them up to date!
If you don't then that would reflect badly on the company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The creation of the World Wide Web in 1995.
I started when it started, saw the opportunity, resigned from the City and set up my first company.
