I just recently began working out with Joe. He has made me feel at ease immediately throughout our sessions, while consistently being a reminder to level up and move forward. He’s undoubtedly motivating and obviously knows what he is doing. He constantly adjusts to meet my needs and maximize my workouts. I feel like anything is possible with him helping me! I could go to any number of gyms/trainers within 5 min of my house, but I choose to drive 30 min to be able to workout with him. If you are looking for a place to take your fitness goals to the Next Level, look no further! I am taking his Strength/HIIT classes and I found them beneficial to keeping in shape for all my outdoor activities. I have been training with Joe for about a year now. Originally I started with the goal of learning some new exercises and taking what I know to a regular gym. Well, a year in...I doubt I’ll stop anytime soon! Joe’s knowledge of muscles, combined with his understanding of pre-existing conditions make him perfect for anyone, at any age, with any limitations. Joe is knowledgeable about every posture and pose to make sure you're doing the moves properly. He even gives background as to why our body is acting a certain way and how to fix it. Joe helped me restructure my diet, adjusts workouts for my limitations, sends me day off routines and stretches, along with letting me text or call with questions throughout the week. I've never been very athletic and I've certainly never worked out with a personal trainer before. For months before I came to Next Level Personal Training, I was researching trainers and trying to motivate myself to start working out and getting healthier.
Finally, I made an appointment to come into Next Level Personal Training to meet Joe, the owner, and I was immediately sold. Here's why:
1. Joe made me feel comfortable right off the bat... and I'm usually extremely introverted, so for me, that means a lot!
2. The prices are more than fair compared to other trainers in the area and the location is super accessible. Not to mention that the first session was free!
3. Joe is extremely knowledgable and offers nutritional guidance in addition to the personal training sessions (at no additional cost!)
Once I started working out at Next Level, I grew to love it for so many reasons. For one, Joe's workouts are always challenging, yet I always leave feeling like I've conquered another hurdle. The training space is always super clean, each workout is different from the last, I've dropped over 10 lbs in one month, I feel more confident when I'm at the gym on my off-days... the list goes on.
If you're not sure whether you're ready to take your fitness to the next level, just try the free first session and I'm sure you'll be sold :)

I was initially hesitant to give personal training a try, but when I met Joe he instantly made me feel comfortable. Joe is not only professional, knowledgeable, and passionate, he is also invested in you and your fitness goals. His workouts are always challenging and engaging. I think what I like the most about the exercises is that they are functional, designed to improve your everyday life. I had concerns about a previous injury ( torn ACL) Joe listened and provided me with exercises that would strengthen and prevent further injury. I leave each session feeling confident and focused. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and consistency. We believe that health and wellness is a long term journey and nothing happens overnight. The best results come from day in and day out training and we are here to provide all the support whether it be with text, phone call, email, or online we make sure our clients stay focused.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything from meeting new people, showing people new forms of exercises, to developing a relationship with our clients that exceeds past just being a trainer. We love to change people not just physically but mentally as well and hope to inspire them to keep prospering.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a trainer for over 5 years and business owner for over two years. I was inspired by my own desire to help as many people as possible. Whether that be with physical or mental changes they’d like to make!
