A month later, when I had decided to replace my garage door's motor and extension springs, I called again. They were able to schedule the install within a week. Eli was amazing! This is the third time I've used him and the service is beyond great. I cannot day enough. My garages were in terrible condition from a property I recently purchased and he went above and beyond to repair even installing wood pieces to hold the garage doors in place. Another time, my spring broke 5 pm, called 5:30om for service, technician arrived 6.30, completed job by 7 pm same day. You really can't ask for better service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any repairs and or new garage door opening system. They installed a keypad for all 3 garages with WiFi connection to my smart phone. I cannot talk enough about how wonderful this company is. Next-Day Garage Door was an absolute pleasure to work with. The lady on the phone, Sarah, answered our call and asked us questions about our garage door repair. From there, Sarah was able to give us an immediate estimate for the cost to repair. Sarah wasn't pressuring and was very receptive to me asking her to call back and check other companies.Having called several other companies, Next Day Garage Door was the cheapest estimate we got (for two extension springs). Called Next Day Garage Door to get an estimate for a new rolling gate garage door. They sent a technician (Tommy) to take a look at our property in Washington, DC. Tommy was able to give us a quote on the spot followed by a written estimate via email. We were still searching for other quotes.3 months later, we decided to go with Next Day Garage Door for three reasons:1. Prices were unbeatable2. Communication was flawless3. We called Next Day Garage Door on a Sunday evening because our garage door would not open or close. Turns out one of the main springs popped, trapping my wife's car inside. We both had work the next day, so we needed to get this repaired immediately. Next-Day Garage Door was the only company with availability to service our garage door at 8 pm on a Sunday. They picked up the phone w/a live person straight away and had a technician at the home within an hour of our phone call. Called NDGD for a quick question about an issue with a garage door for my rental property - it kept getting stucking 3/4 of the way. My garage door spring randomly broke last night around 11 PM. They were the only company that I got a hold off at that time. Within an hour a so, a technician came and took care of the repair. We were expecting this expense, however, the company offered me a discount.
