I started training with Miros in October, and it was a great decision. Before training with her, I was not comfortable going into a gym and was way out of shape for my age. Miros customizes everything to your needs, which is fantastic because no one is the same. Three months into it, I'm more confident in the gym, and my nutrition is improving. She always stresses the journey to losing weight is not linear, which is true, but she won't stop until you meet your goal. Miros will help you reach your goal in the healthiest way possible. Before I even start my review, I have to say that Miros (New U Fitness & nutrition) is absolutely worth investing your money in . I have experienced personal training gyms like The Camp Transformation, and my experience with Miros has been better, hands down. I have been training with Miros since September of 2019 and I purchased the 3 month, 2 times a week plan. I am currently pregnant, so I did not have any weight loss goals necessary; my goal was to stay healthy and strong throughout my pregnancy. I specifically asked to work on/tone my glutes and arms. I did not ask her for a meal plan due to my condition, but she has given me very helpful tips/advice on how to adjust my diet for the better .I have enjoyed every workout with Miros, her workouts are fun and challenging. After every session I have lots of focused/positive energy and I'm in a good mood all day .This has been extremely helpful throughout my pregnancy, because I believe these workouts are helping to keep my hormones in balance (this is how I perceive the effects, anyways). When I used to workout alone, I would leave my workouts either unsatisfied or absolutely exhausted. With Miros, it's always a perfect balance  .  I especially love her resistance band workouts! My glutes are on fire after those workouts  On top of her great workouts! She is a very sweet and kind Individual. She is patient and easy to be around, and I love how supportive she is! It doesn't feel like I'm in gym class being yelled by a coach, it feels like I'm with an educated gym buddy who is there to help me reach my goals! I have been working with Miros for the past couple months and am so glad she was referred to me! She is kind, patient, and really good at what she does. I highly recommend Miros as a personal trainer!! I have been working with her for almost 9 months and she has never let me down with workouts or meal plans. She is always giving me the best meal plans that I always look forward to and the most Killer workouts She is so supportive and always so sweet to have a conversation with and will always respond to you. I am so happy I have learned how to prep my own food and as well have that healthy fitness mentality for the rest of my life. I had never looked into getting fit proactively before. I enjoyed activities such as hiking and that was enough for me. But after a couple of years of sedantary lifestyle, I started realizing how I couldn't do some of the activities as easily. A small uphill climb or more than two flights of stairs started getting me breathless. This coincided with the time I secured a spot in a hike I wanted to go for years. I realized I wouldn't be able to enjoy the hike just because of the pathetic levels of my fitness.Cardio was not something I enjoyed and I had no experience in strength training. I could look at some workouts on the internet but I wasn't sure if I would get any results without a knowledge or structure. Also, I was committed to doing it right even if going to the gym terrified me. I decided hiring a PT was a way to go forward and zereod in on Miros. When I approached her with my concerns, she was extremely receptive, talked in length about my goals. As a newbie, I had a plethora of questions and Miros always got back to me with answers, recording additional videos if I needed them. I started seeing how effective her workout program was within the first few weeks itself. Her exercise programs were designed to suit me and she always listened when certain exercises didn't sit well with me. She encouraged me to give in my best and guided me through days when I felt I wasn't giving my best. Within the first month, my entire mentality around fitness had changed. Somehow a person like me who barely went to the gym a couple of times in her entire lifetime didn't miss one exercise day for a whole freaking month. I am sure that wouldn't have been possible if I didn't have the support.At the end of 12 weeks, I had reached a the stage where I knew my body is capable of doing so much more and that I could enjoy all the activities that I had always wanted to.Trained from March to May. This is my second time training with Miros. The first time was back in 2015, in as little as 4 weeks I was able to see a difference. I went back to her February of this year, and I couldn't be any more happier. Her time and dedication by far has been unmatched. She genuinely cares about her clients, and shows so much interest in helping me become a better version of myself. She pushes me to my limits, and assures that I'm comfortable while following her plan. Not only is her training great, but the meal plans that she provides are delicious. I don't even know where to start, I'm so grateful to have found Miros for personal training. I have trained with 4 other trainers and none of them got me to the goals I wanted for myself. Miros and I have trained for the past 2 months, and within those 2 months I can only say "Wow". She's professional and passionate at what she does, Anyone who is or has trained with her can agree with me on that. When she says she is here to help people like myself accomplish their goals and live a better lifestyle she's not kidding. I'm now lifting weights I never pictured  myself doing. Before I began my Journey with Miros, I worried about judgment and people seeing how out of shape and fat I was, but when you first meet Miros she is the sweetest person and won't make you feel uncomfortable with your body AT ALL, given the fact that she's fit! And that's what I most liked about her when I first met her. Because It meant that I would trust her to guide me to a better, healthier lifestyle. When I first started in 2018 with her, I was ready to give it my all, but I had the hardest time changing my mentality. I went in with a mindset that it would be a "quick fix," and it wasn't. And  I often thought maybe it's the workouts or the meals, but  I  was wrong. It was me tweaking the meal plan a whole lot to the point it wouldn't ultimately work.  However,  now after a year in a  half, I can say I've lost weight and feel more confident in my body, and I enjoy going for runs and working out because it releases the stress that would often lead to binge eating. And now, I can eat a  cookie and not quit my diet and not workout ultimately for one mistake I committed.  Ive learned from Miros that Moderation and balance is everything. However, thanks to Miro's persistence and guided help, I have been able to improve in many ways.   My stamina and muscles have grown since then. All thanks to Miros and her not giving up and me and being there everystep of the way. And by that I mean if you have trouble cooking the meals she'll even go to your house to teach you how to prepare the meals or whenever I  would text her that I was going to quit and I wasn't going to work out anymore. She would  blow up my phone not with  negative comments, but such detailed motivation and clarity of why giving up isn't a good idea, and that's when I felt that Miros was very dedicated to being  a personal trainer,  because she  really will give you the undivided attention you need in you're Journey of getting healthier. I highly recommend Miros! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and the types of workouts you need for your body. I've never been an athletic one, much less for using weights, but she's definitely helped me gain a new perspective and what it means to push yourself. She's very patient and takes the time to teach you form & rhythm. Thanks to her I've made progress and feel better than ever. She has definitely motivated me to not give up! I have been training with Michael for a number of years on and off outside in most weathers! He is always full of motivation and provides me with encouragement when i'm feeling tired. He is knowledgeable and always try's out new equipment and exercises. During the school holiday's my son 5yrs comes along and joins in and Michael is fantastic with him letting him join in. I was not an athletic person. I was intimidated by the gym. I had a bad trial session with a personal trainer. I had almost no experience with lifting weights. I had no balance, core or upper body strength. But Miros completely changed all that!I had a great 6 month training experience with Miros. During every workout session, she pushed me to my limit. She made workouts that I could do, even if I had such little experience. She was always so encouraging and patient. She always believed in me!Miros' expertise, dedication, patience, and easygoing personality made working out so fun. I really looked forward to working out, even after a long day at work! Whenever I came out of that gym, sweaty and sore, I was proud of myself. I felt more confident in my skin and more confident around gym equipment. It's no surprise that Petra has got a clear run of 5 star reviews.
It took me 2 YEARS of just thinking about doing a spin class before I plucked up courage to give it a go. I hadn't done any formal exercise for years and I was a bit concerned that I would,
1. Not be able to do it.
2. Make a complete idiot of myself.
3. Not have the right things to wear.
4. Not be able to keep up with everyone else.

I can honestly say that I was made to feel very welcome, I was shown how to prep the bike so it was set up for me and my ability.
I was guided though the class and made to feel that it was ok to go at my own pace.
It's early days I think I've done about 8 classes now - I LOVE it and I'm getting stronger with every session. The studio is lovely and spotless - the bikes are in a row so no one is parked behind your BUM! And you can easily focus on your own session and build on it each week. The music is great too! Really glad I did it - just gutted it took me so long to give it a try!

I have always been reluctant to attend Spin classes as in the past I have found them difficult and have struggled to feel the benefit but with Petra's classes my views have changed dramatically.

The combination of the latest bikes that can be tailored to your personal fitness levels with colour coding to show you exactly how much effort you are putting in rather than guess work on other spin bikes.

The small classes of eight and clear instructions and modern bikes makes this more rewarding and enjoyable.

I can fully recommend Petra's lessons, give it a try....

I'm so happy I found Miros! Her meal plans are on POINT! For the first time during my dieting journey, I don't feel hungry. During the workouts, she pushes you but does her best to make sure you OK during the process. I have been training with Miros for 3 months and signed up for another 3 months because I enjoy the workouts. She works with your schedule and the workouts are different each time. My goal is to gain more strength and muscle and let me tell you, she pushes you to do your best! She focuses on your goals and pays attention to you during the workouts. I needed a bit of a push and this is exactly what I was looking for, I feel so much stronger since starting with Michael and my fitness has definitely increased. I have lost weight but most importantly I've increased my muscle % and lowered the fat in my body.

I work out twice a week, which is great because we can focus on different muscle groups on each day and he brings everything that you need for the workout and then some ... battle ropes in the garden when it's warm :)

The training has changed since I started in order to best fit my needs, focusing on strengthening when I started and now progressively increasing my cardio in the sessions while still doing weight and HITT Training.

And the best thing is that he comes to my house which makes it super convenient and easy to fit in and on top of that as long as I give enough notice he is very flexible to work around me.

I have started my training with Miros about 5 months ago. I had gained a lot of fat and I had back pain issues for which I wanted personal trainer. When I first met Miros I didn't even know how to do pushups or squat or any kind of exercise. I told her about my lower back pain issues as well, and she has designed my exercise plan accordingly. Our first few weeks were about strengthening my lower back and she always keeps a check on my health during training sessions.Its been 5 months now and she has done an amazing job training me to reach my goals. She makes really good meal plans that includes the food I like. She is really flexible with times and If I have to cancel due to some emergency or sickness she is pretty helpful about it. I feel so healthy about my body now and I don't think so I would have been able to do all this without her. I love the way she encourages during training. Overall she is an amazing trainer and a wonderful human being, very friendly in nature and I just love talking to her during our training sessions. I would recommend her 10/10. Miros is a wonderful trainer! She is really invested in  her clients health and fitness. She always has new workouts and exercises to teach me and has helped me reach my fitness goals in such a short time. Its only been 3 weeks, but I already see progress by the toned definition in my arms and quads! She demonstrates each exercise and makes sure my form is good. She adjusts the workouts based on my strength and how I am feeling, but she always challenges me and pushes me to work harder and do my best! I appreciate how kind and patient she is and how she helps me to worker hard and better each time. I highly recommend training with Miros and even just meeting for a first time workout. New U Fitness.... The name says it all. A lot of talks about physical transformation. I must say that Fitness is not always about physical transformation but it has a lot to do with mental transformation as well. With respect to that I have had a huge positive stride towards it. NewUFitness is one of the best workout centers in Bangalore. They have state-of-the-art, well maintained equipments and great trainers. It is a great experience to have a personal trainer like Mamta. My search for best fitness center in this area ended with New u fitness… My workout experience so far has been great as I get to work with motivating trainers, enthusiastic peers, well maintained equipments, hygienic environment, supportive management & staff and amidst positive fitness vibes all around. I think it's one of the best gym , certified and experienced trainers are there..they are so helpful and provide appropriate guidance time to time. ..best part of gym is that...in spite of many people who have joined, there's sufficient space and equipments so we never felt that it's crowded. I do an initial discovery call to find out exactly what a client is looking to achieve. On this initial call I will ask my client what they feel like the struggle is with achieving their goal. I will then ask questions to find what has been holding the client back from achieving the goal. On this call I will put a plan together on what I feel is the best way for the client to get results.
