Well, where do I start, Claire is amazing, she coloured my hair and knew what would look good and what I would want. I am in love with my hair colour. Amanda is doing my hair and makeup for my wedding and after having my hair trial today, I know I will look absolutely amazing on the day. Annie did my spray tan today and I adore her. She is so easy going and really makes you feel relaxed. The team are brilliant. They go above and beyond to make sure you walk out feeling wonderful. Not only did Amanda make me look amazing, but she made me feel amazing too. I am a true novice when it comes to makeup - mascara and some lip balm are about my limit, so I was a little worried about having my make up professionally done for my wedding. There was no need to worry at all - as soon as I met Amanda for my trial I felt so comfortable and relaxed, it was like seeing a friend. We discussed my likes and dislikes at my trial, and I felt so at ease when she was doing my make up, both at the trial and on my wedding day. The makeup she used felt so natural that I didn't even feel it on my skin. Amanda is a true professional, offering fantastic advice ("blink and breathe") and working so hard to make sure the bridesmaids, mums and I looked and felt fantastic on the day. Having struggled with my dry,brittle, coloured, over processed and daily straightened hair it was recommended that I try a keratin treatment. I had hated my frizzy hair for so long it was fine when I straightened it but I spend a lot of time in the sea and on the beach so basically it looked a a birds nest most of the time UNTIL I visited Serendipity and they did a keratin treatment OMG amazing I had this done in October it’s now February and I haven’t used my straighteners once and my hair still feels amazing even when it drying naturally when I get out of the sea best Money I’ve ever spent on my hair.
