Newlook Resin drives&patios

New look resin drives and patios, seemed to be really knowledgable, polite and hard working however this only was a cover for the substandard work they did, from what I now know they used a 3rd less resin in each batch which has caused our driveway to now crumble and fall apart. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Michael, no contact as his phone number has now been disconnected. I check the business address in the guarantee and guess what, it isn’t their address! Hate feeling we got scammed so want to let others know so they don’t t fall in the same trap. These guys will most probably be trading under a different name now but be wary of a very polite guy call Michael who covers the East Midlands and seems to know a lot about resin drives. More...

The Price was well out of my budget range, how ever the resin application did look really appealing.

The price was beyond my budget for this project, but the resin application looked very appealing

Michael promised the world but delivered a mess!!!

1. The borders had to be redone several times (but still not straight).
2. An area of the front drive has crumbled and is getting worse plus there are noticeable marks all over.
3. There is a white stain at the side path (this was never properly fixed at the end of the job).
4. There are areas at the back where the resin has sunk making it very uneven and slightly hazardous to my 2 young children.
5. Weeds have started growing through the resin in winter.

Despite many phone calls, text messages and emails plus the fact that we have an 8 year guarantee, Michael has still not been to assess and repair our drive and patio. It now looks like I'll be issuing Court Proceedings.

Obviously I'm not happy and would advise everyone to steer clear of Newlook Resin.
