I have known Dana personally  for about six years.   We met through our husbands who coach football together.  We have been close friends ever since.   Dana has always been someone I feel very comfortable talking to about anything. Dana is a christian and believes that having a relationship with God is very important to living a healthy life spiritually, mentally and emotionally.   She also believes in the power of prayer.   She  has often texted me at "just the right time" to tell me that she is praying for me when there is a big event going on in my life or when I'm  worried about a situation.  She is a great listener and gives great christian advise. My husband and I were given Gina’s name from our local pastor when asking about pre-martial counseling. Both of us didn’t know what to expect and we both decided to just be honest and go with the flow and appreciate the experience. ..What we didn’t know is how much we would learn about each other and how it was the BEST experience we could have had. Gina is an amazing person and women of God. It’s almost hard to describe how wonderful of an experience it was. Gina explained our personality tests and pointed out a lot of whys, what’s, and that’s how questions. :) Ethan and I learned so much about how each of us approach situations, handle things, and react in certain ways. To say the least we loved the entire experience and Gina was beyond helpful and super approachable. Gina’s resources are all spot on and her knowledge is astounding. I have met Summer Smith this past spring, and it was the key cause to find a path that I had been desperately searching for my entire life. I have had the honor of knowing Gina Helms for the past 12 years. She has completely changed my life. I met her when I was 18 and very lonely, depressed and searching for what was missing in my life. I was a freshman at OSU, and found myself driving to Okc each week to listen to Gina's teachings about God and spiritual wisdom. I wound up moving to Okc to be apart of this amazing thing called church and closer to my now mentor. She has continued to be in my life whenever I need advice or just to listen. I love Gina Helms. She was my Bible and psychology teacher in middle school and high school but quickly grew into so much more - a life coach and "mom" as a lot of her students including myself had refered to her. Even back then she was able to provide us with guidance, strong Biblical influence, and healing with combined rational thinking and scripture. Fast forward 15 years later after I took a massive detour and a divorce she was able to help me work through some mental road blocks and help me come to realize some mistruths and fears I had were not accurate, not items to be fearful of, and the losses were just loses not meant for me. I went from being very broken to being back in the presence of someone I respected and who would give me an honest Biblical and professional psychological perspective without being cold. She helped me come together as a person as a child (as best she could via school and church). She then helped the broken adult that came back home after being away for six years without judgment. She has a true talent for making those around her feel accepted and inspired while pointing them to God the whole time. I can't thank her enough for all the positive influence she had on me as a child and fixing my "spirit woman" as an adult. I have seen Summer Smith for trauma counseling (near death medical event) and four past wound healing therapy. It has been a game changer and, likely, a life saver!!!
