I highly recommend working with New Paramount Studios to capture your memories through photography, I recently worked with them to take my graduation pictures and it was a very successful experience! I worked with photographer Oleg, he was professional and very attentive to creating the image I wanted to portray in my pictures. Unfortunately, I was sick the day of that shoot and I didn't like that I personally looked sick so I decided to get a retake. Oleg once again helped me with that process, and then I worked with photographer Josh. Josh was also professional and very attentive, he let me decide what poses I wanted and from what angle I wanted the shots to be taken. Next I placed my order online and the process was simple and easy to understand. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my shots and I e-mailed the company to let them know and their Admin person named Patricia quickly helped me to fix the issue (she responded the same day to my e-mail within a few hours). I recommend this company because their customer service is impeccable and they truly care about delivering what you want through their pictures. They took my graduation photo and the man who was taking my picture was super friendly and made me feel comfortable taking them (since it fan be very awkward taking pictures lol). They even provided a white board where I was able to write anything on it and take a picture with it. They said it'd take 3-5 business days to upload the picture on to their website but I was able to view them the next day. The pictures turned out great. Wow! All I can say is amazing! My husband and I did a studio photoshoot for an hour and the photographer was great! He made it fun and easy to pose and the photos were accessible a couple hours after the session. My husband and I chose New Paramount Studios for our wedding after receiving many great referrals. We are truly happy with what a wonderful job JonCarlo and the entire team did capturing our special day through photography and cinematography. They were always friendly, professional, very accommodating and went above and beyond for us in capturing our wedding day. I am very satisfied with Paramount Studio's customer service. The shoot at my university was fine, but the photos I received airbrushed my beauty mark off ! Had a very pleasant graduation photography session here. The photographer (whose name I forgot) was extremely friendly and didn't make me feel awkward (as having someone take your photo can get that way). I forgot my white collar shirt and was grateful enough that they had one at the studio, phewWhen the proofs were posted online I was really impressed by how well they came out. I was not so impressed by the prices of their packages, which, in my opinion is a total money grab. But I guess people (myself included) pay for these photos as they mark once in a lifetime milestones. I also like how you get the option to choose from a selected bunch of backgrounds for your photos so you're not just stuck with the traditional stuff. Anyways, I got one of the more affordable options so I'll update once I receive them. I'm very excited to see how they look in print but not so excited for the 4-6 weeks delivery time frame. **UPDATE**I received my package closer to the ending of the expected delivery time, but everything looks great! I had an incredible experience when having my graduation photos taken by New Paramount Studios. I'm not an easy customer to please and have many demands and high expectations and New Paramount Studios was able to meet and exceed these expectations. I adore all my photos. They are professional and amazing quality and I felt that I was treated very well during my photoshoot. I couldn't decide between photos and ended up ordering the majority of them (multiple copies) and I have them all on display in my house. I had an amazing time during my photo shoot with new paramount studios. I booked an appointment for my university graduation and couldn't be happier with the quality of the photos and the variety of options to choose from in terms of backgrounds,touch ups and poses. What really made my experience memorable was how friendly, easy going and professional the photographer was! I initially came in a little nervous since it was my first experience taking photos in a studio but the photographer made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. He purposely made me laugh by cracking some jokes so I could smile a genuine smile in the pictures while he took them. The pricing is also pretty decent. They vary from some affordable packages to more expensive packages. You decide which you prefer. The wait time in receiving the photos were not long at all especially considering I ordered over 10 photos. I got my graduation pictures done with New Paramount and found their service to be great. The photographer at my university was very kind and helpful during all the shots. I placed my order on their online system which was very straight forward. I went with the option to pick up my order from their location, which was a journey for me to get to but well worth it. My university hired NPS to do our grad photos, and my review is a combined commentary on my two photo shoots. The first seating (at my university) did not meet our expectations, but I will give full credit to how NPS accommodated our request for a retake. I enjoyed the shoot at their St. Clair W studio; it has an intimate, homely feel to it and is tastefully decorated. I felt at home during the shoot, and it showed in my appearance in my photos. I had the opportunity to have my university (York University) graduation photo taken by New Paramount Studios. At the sit in the photographer was very pleasant and understanding in what I wanted. He made sure that all shots were perfect (e.g, no stray hairs, position was nice etc). The entire sit in was about 30 minutes. At the end he showed me all my shots and asked if I had any special requests. I said everything was perfect. It took about a few weeks for me to get the proofs and I was very happy with them. I ended up ordering an 11x14 and it is how framed and sitting in my parent's living room. Overall, I am very happy with New Paramount Studios photography and representative. I had a very pleasant experience here last Easter. My whole family had our photos taken and my two young girls had their photos taken individually as well. The props were supplied for Easter theme, and the photography team that worked with my children were amazing!
