Brian is an awesome trainer and an even better guy! He helped me train for my wedding and I was extremely happy with my results. I thought I would stop working with him after the wedding but instead I started training even more frequently. Most recently Brian helped me get ready for a marathon! More...

Brian is hands down the best trainer I've ever worked with. He encourages me to train on my own (something I never thought I would do) and is always checking in with me to make sure I'm on pace to have a great week!

Q&As

I give my clients the tools and encouragement they need to become the healthiest version of themselves. I am transparent and honest about the hard work, personal responsibility, and internal drive it will take to achieve one's fitness goals.

Two things:

1. Take personal responsibility for what you are putting into your body every day. Your diet (what you consume) is one of the few things you have complete and total control of. The excuses are endless and they are just that, excuses. I have met people who eat great while traveling 100% of the time for work, or while raising 4 kids on their own. Everything you eat is a choice and everything you eat has consequences (both good and bad).

2. Move more! If you can find a way to sweat every day you're both lucky and on-track to become super fit! Ideally, you're lifting weights at least three times per week and supplementing your strength training with intense cardio sessions, but at the end of the day, if you have made a commitment to move more and sit less, you'll but more calories and lose more fat. Period.

Watching people who are truly committed to changing their lives achieve things they never dreamed possible.

I started my first fitness company while attending De Paul University out of necessity to pay my tuition. Fitness has always been a passion of mine so the need to make enough money to stay in school combined with my passion for fitness created the perfect storm to give it a shot!

I make sure you have every tool you'll need to achieve your goals. We have fun, we work hard, we are accountable to each other, and we see results.
