Very nice guys. They came at short notice to look at a leak in my office (on behalf of my landlord). The first thing they did was run out and get us some buckets out of their own pocket. They finished the work quickly and fixed the leak. Highly recommend. More...

Really ambivalent about these ‘lads’. Seemed to talk the talk very well and have a rapid answer to my roof. They quoted a price which was the most expensive I had . They fixed the roof as far as I could see but then tried to get more work at an equally extortionate rate. In a ‘while we are here ‘ mode. It took them approximately half an hour and they were gone! I was then phoned later in the day to find out when the money was being transferred ... I am still waiting for my guarantee and receipt for the payment. Bad practice. More...

We agreed With a price in which she was happy to pay to start with, & from what I remember I was the only one to go up & check the roof before starting. I had finished the services & while I was there advised about other future work that needed doing. Giving a price and leaving it with the lady, has for the receipt & guarantee it must of got lost in the other receipts I was typing up, for this I am sorry & will send over the receipt for work asap.

These guys did an awesome job, they responded quickly through the site, came the next day (at my convenience) check the problem, showed all the issues with photos and videos, gave me a quote and I agreed the next morning. They turned up two hours later to do the job and it was all done by the time I got home! Perfect. They managed with the CPZ in my area by abiding by the rules with no complaints or demands. I am very unhappy and disappointed by their service. These contractors initially give you a cheap and competitive quote and promising to do a lot and with high-quality standards. However, in reality, you get not accurate and not completed job. They do not complete what was included in the initial contract and quote. At the same time contractors are asking for full payment even before completion, refusing to do any improvements and do not accept any critics of their job. They do not manage their time effectively, do not give enough time to finish a job properly, but always in a rush and "cutting corners", which leads to a low-quality result. Also, they undertake the job in which they are not experienced. So, in summary, I had a really bad experience with these contractors, will never hire them again and would not recommend this company to other people. More...

Wasn’t able to please this customer, we had 2 separate contracts for different work, I finished one job and to any servayer would be a 10/10 but unfortunately had problems getting paid & resulted in me not trusting him with forwarding the other work, I worked for him and he’s neibor on a joint property & he’s neibor was very pleased with the work that was carried out.

A very professional and honest company. Took photos and films of issues on my roof so I knew I wasn’t being taken for a ride.
They worked hard in some horrendous weather conditions and for a fair price.
Hopefully all my issues are sorted, and I have a long guarantee and a promise of free work if the leak isn’t resolved.

Called them out and they came at 9pm to fix my roof which was leaking. They repointing the lead back in as it has all come away from the wall. They even did the main roof and didn't finish till nearly 11pm at night. I would recommend them to other people to use as they told you and showed what they had done.
