I arrived feeling physically, mentally & spiritually broken.
The care, support & kindness of the staff has given me hope & happiness- I feel very fortunate that I found New Leaf when I did cos I truly was in an addiction nightmare.

i started out rough there but with time and open mindedness the staff talked me into staying and after graduating the program it was the greatest decision I've ever made with the proper tools I was given I'm well on my way to a long better and definitely blessed life thanks new leaf residential staff for everything. love you guys.

I went into a 28 day program in late September 2019. New Leaf provided everything I needed to start my recovery physically, mentally and emotionally. There is a strong structure and model to the work that is needed, underpinned by exemplary members of staff who understood and empathised with what I was going through and were truly invested in my well being and my recovery. The kindness and learnings I received helped me embrace the program and gave me a new perspective on so many things. Like so much, they could only help me see the solutions I needed to embrace but I know that I was blessed to go there, live and learn there and leave healthier, happier and with a chance to really move forward. I would recommend New Leaf to anyone looking for a mature, respectful, safe and supportive environment to address their issues in partnership with the right people and the right program. More...

The care and compassion shown by all at the centre was amazing. The staff at New Leaf are in recovery themselves from the chef to the office staff & recovery workers, therefore they all understand and can relate to what you are going through, not so with all rehabs. This is my 2nd time seeking help for my alcohol addiction - 2nd time lucky for me, it has changed my life. If you are honest, accepting and willing to embrace the advice given, then this 12 step programme will work for you. The centre is in a residential area and offers a homelike environment. You do truly feel at home in a very safe and secure place. By the end of my 28 day stay I was actually sad to leave my New Leaf 'family'. However, my recovery worker has stayed in constant contact with me since my departure and I am also attending the 12 week aftercare which strengthens my recovery even further.In short, I cannot recommend New Leaf enough. If you want to live your life free from addiction, whether it be drugs, alcohol, gambling, then give yourself the best chance. Just for Today, I am sober, I have a new life and I intend to live it. very pushy to get the 3 grand out of me while i was still intoxicated at the time having been admitted. couple of the staff were ok but most more interested in smoking constantly. I was glad to get out of there, was one weird guy that came in there twice while i was there for a reading that really gave me the creeps, freddy i think his name was. not the best 3 grand i have ever spent.. Without the staff at New Leaf I think I would of continued on my old routine. They introduced tools that have helped me maintain my sobriety and introduced me to caring people in my area who support me every week. I was terrified at first and I think thats normal but if you work it, it works. It's taken me nearly 6 months to settle in so don't rush it. You are embarking on a new life, it's natural to be scared or unsure.But it's totally worth it . New Leaf is a wonderful place, you are 100% secure, looked after.....and kept busy!!.....the staff are brilliant, without them it wouldn't work. The personal attention and approach created for my individual needs was just the perfect treatment. The staff are great, supportive and caring. The atmosphere within the centre is so comforting. I was given the tools to embark equipped for my recovery. Their help didn't finish at the end of my 28 days, I receive regular contact checking on my wellbeing.
