My husband and I hired NJ Cleaning Service over a year ago and we have been nothing but satisfied with them. Marta is very professional and communicates with us a few days prior to each cleaning as a reminder that they are coming. My fiancé and I just moved to the area a few months ago. Between our crazy work schedules, deep cleaning our apartment is sometimes the last thing on our minds. I decided a monthly cleaning service would be helpful. After contacting many people, I knew that I'd like NJ Cleaning Services best. Marta actually came to my apartment to see what needed to be done and provide a quote...something no other company I contacted offered to do. This was my first time using a cleansing service and I was really impressed.  The 2 woman crew did an A+ job and thoroughly cleaned our house in under 2 hours.  The crew was super friendly and paid attention to all the details.  I really couldn't believe how clean our house looked after they left.   The booking process was very easy - Marta came over for a 10 minute walkthrough and then sent sent a quote via text.  We will definitely be using New Jersey Cleaning Services on the bi-weekly basis going forward. Found them on the web had a rental property that the tenants left dirty and needing a deep clean... Marta was a few minutes early for our walk through (always a good sign). She was very professional and we outlined the project. She stated she would have a quote to me within 30 minutes and she delivered. I had 2 other services scheduled to quote as well... I explained that to her and i would let her know. I contacted her after business hours and she got me on the schedule for the next day wow! The three cleaners arrived a few minutes early in the mist of the storm we had today amazing.... They all jumped into action and worked on the project in an organized manner... the results were amazing and i am completely satisfied with the outcome. The prices are a little high (emphasize the word "little"), but it's totally worth it. I had them come every other week on Monday's (they tend to offer discounts on Monday's) and they were always great and professional and helpful. I was able to joke with them and (unless the regular crew was on vacation) had the same lead woman for 2 years. There were a few times when I had to point out a few things specifically, but they were more than happy to take care of it. I always had them change my sheets as well. They are happy to use whatever products you would like, or they can provide their own. The owner, Marta, always texted me to confirm the appointment and let me know what time they would be there (it fluctuated sometimes). They not only took my garbage out, but also took out all of my recycling too. I'm sorry to not be able to use them anymore (I'm relocating), but I really can't say enough about this team! More...

Marta and her crews have been cleaning my house twice a month since June 2017.  When I first contacted NJ Cleaning Services, I had a response within an hour and Marta came over to give me an estimate at my first available convenience.  The quote was highly competitive and I agreed to the first cleaning.  The results were excellent and I set up a repeating schedule with Marta to get my house cleaned every other week.  The crews always show up on time and do a wonderful job.  I feel with the regularly scheduled cleanings that they really know my house and are able to maintain it in great shape.  The other thing that I really appreciate about NJ Cleaning Services is that they are flexible.  If I have a request to pay particular attention to the floors one week, or if I need to skip a week due to having guests in town - Marta responds quickly and is always accommodating.  It is a professional and well-run business and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a thorough and trustworthy cleaning service. We hired NJ cleaning service after we remodeled our kitchen for a post construction cleaning and regular cleaning for the rest of our house. Consultation with Marta was scheduled fast and we hired as soon as we received quote. Sylvia cleaned our entire house by herself in about 5 hours and we could not be happier. Our dining room and living really were a mess since we knocked down a wall. Sylvia did a great job getting the saw dust off of everything and our house was spotless. I would recommend Marta and her team with no hesitation. I was looking for a one time deep clean to sort of "re-set" my own regular cleaning routine with a really thorough once over. I've been using this service for close to 6 months now, once a month, tiny 1 bedroom apartment. They are prompt, do quick excellent work, are responsive via text and email and the rates are very reasonable and competitive. I have a dog that sheds like crazy and they do a great job at getting all of his hair off the floors and furniture and always leave the place smelling wonderful.  Sometimes I'm home with my dog during the cleaning, sometimes I'm not and it's just my dog there but they do an equally great job either way. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I moved out into my own place last year and recently got a puppy, never had time to clean my place well myself, and things just kept on piling up and dirt/dust was collecting like crazy! I contacted Marta through Yelp and she was able to come by my place and give me an estimate so quickly it was amazing! A week later she had her crew come and the job they did is absolutely the best! I've been using their services for over a year now. Marta and her team are absolutely amazing!! Their rates are also extremely reasonable while doing a spectacular job. I had a stained bathtub that no matter how hard I tried to clean myself, couldn't get out. First time I've ever used a cleaning service and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they did! My apartment is all hardwood floors so dust is everywhere which I hate but they got every nook and cranny. And I've never seen my bathroom so clean, either. Big plus is that my apartment didn't smell like cleaning products when I got home. They don't put things back exactly as they were like toiletries, coffee mugs, etc. but I've learned no cleaning service does that.  No biggie, it took all of five minutes to rearrange. We recently moved into a home in Bergen County, NJ with previous owners.  My boyfriend set everything up with Marta and she was extremely communicative, friendly, and upfront.  Rather than giving us a general price quote, she took the time to personally come to the house and inspect it, particularly since we wanted to receive a deep clean prior to moving in as the previous owners had cats and did not leave the home as clean as one would expect.  Marta arranged everything with us to our liking in terms of the appointment, even down to the types of products that would be used.  Two young and friendly ladies arrived early and we did a walkthrough of the house.  They were very attentive and did a great job on the entire house, paying special attention to areas we shared were important with us.  They were even flexible enough that when the movers arrived, they worked around them so everyone was able to get the job done.
