New Insight is such an inspiring company. Right now I'm working with its founder, Eric Tillman, completing supervision hours for my counseling licensure. Eric is an amazing person to work with, because his words of wisdom keep me motivated in my career on a daily basis. Eric implements a wide variety of styles in his supervision sessions that range from education on different principles of psychology to therapy role play sessions. He also genuinely cares about the people he is supervising and promotes good self-care skills as well. I've known Eric quite some time. We worked together professionally many years ago. We were lucky at that time to participate in group counseling together with our adolescent population. At times we were able to work together in individual sessions with clients. At that time I was so happy to hear a he was interested in pursuing his education and career further. Let's just say many years later here we are now, both LPC's. I have no doubt he's an excellent therapist as he was way back where it all started. We've consulted many times and stay in touch.
