This was the first time in my life having any type of laser hair removal treatment at New Era. I was very skeptical at first on wether the treatment really works, but I am now on my 5th session and WOW! the results are incredible. My long standing eczema condition has improved massively over the sessions and I am more than impressed. I am getting less and less annoying ingrowing hairs on every visit and I have very few hairs left now which are hardly noticeable.Aisha is a very friendly, reassuring and professional practitioner who always makes sure you have enough post and after treatment information to make sure you get the best results. Wjen I went to New Era skin, I met aisha a friendly and polite girl, who explained everything about the treatment and the price (no very expensive) she also did the patch test. The clinic is very clean, and I had a good impression of Aisha, so I decided to try the laser in my chin, nipples and Brazilian. When I returned a few days later, I had my first session, I finished everything in 30mins. At first I thought it was too fast, but Aisha explained that this is a normal time for this type of laser. Today, 15 days after the first session, I can see my hair fall off on its own, so the laser is working. I am very excited to see the latest results at my 6th session. There are many types of laser treatments out on the market (one of which I have tried before) but the laser treatment at this place has definitely been the most effective with little to minimal hair after 2 treatments (full body). Bonus is the service - Aisha really takes her time to make sure expectations are met (as opposed to rushing and missing spots). I was on the search for a place like this for a while now as my previous treatments at another clinic were not that effective, and after reading reviews, I decided new era was the best I've read about so far. I am absolutely delighted with the results of laser hair removal. I've had 5 treatments with Aisha (New Era Skin Aesthetics ) to date where I received treatment on my face and neck , having had a large amount of unwanted facial hair due to PCOS. After the first treatment, I noticed a HUGE reduction in my facial hair. Before, I have had laser hair removal treatment on my face from Skin image. It was an awful experience because they have taken money of people and they dont deliver the service that they promised. I have struggled with body hair for as long as I can remember, after years of waxing I finally built up the courage to try laser hair removal, much to my amazement it was completely pain free (if anything, it's quite relaxing) and a reasonably fast treatment. I had booked a course of 6 treatments, which included full legs, hollywood and underarms - all these areas drastically improved after 1 session of hair removal - for a very competitive price it is well worth it in my opinion. During my consultation, prior to the treatment, Aisha couldn't be more welcoming and informative about the procedure. She is very professional and friendly person, this is my first time in my life to do laser hair removal , I did my upper lip after one session the results was very amazing the hair was almost gone , I will be continuing to do more sections and I highly recommend this establishment.

Friendly staff. Service and treatment is given on time. It is reliable and pain free. Prices can vary depending on body part, 6 sessions. The treatment can give honest results if you attend and are committed to the appointment allocated every 4 weeks regularly. The result also depends on underlying health conditions for example the endocrine health, although it should work regardless if aftercare is taken into consideration. She uses the latest technology and its pain free which put me at ease. I Initially decided to get my face done. Just after the first session you could see the difference, it was very effective that I was impressed. I convinced myself for the body laser which was my legs, underarms and bikini. After having the first treatment I begin to see a real difference and I’m very happy as the hair has become fine and the growth of hair is very minimum; next to nothing. I have recently had my fourth session of laser treatment at New Era Skin Aesthetic. My treatment from the very beggining has been great, results started to show by the second session. Almost completely painless, just felt a few zaps when the laser went over areas with coarser hair but pain was less than plucking so very manageable and does not last long as the laser covers the area quickly and then the next section is started. Very friendly service and professional and I felt very comfortable. I have had a patch test and can say I did not feel a thing.
I have had laser done previously in Manchester City Centre and I felt it. The building is very lovely to enter and the treatment rooms nice and clean.
The machine is new and not many have it at the moment. It targets thin hair as well as coarse. I have booked myself for 8 sessions as I have confidence in this machine and the therapist.
I will definitely be recommending this to my family and friends who have never had laser and to those who have used it and not seen any results with it.
