Had 6 fence panels replaced together with new wooden posts.
All seemed well for some time, then noticed that some of the posts were twisting/warping and one so badly that it sheared the top screw securing panel to post. Called back the installer who was clearly surprised and had not seen anything like it before but agreed that it should be rectified. After several calls/messages he has not got back to me so have put it down to experience. In future I will look at tradesmen belonging to credited organisations eg 'Check a Trade' and did so for my next fencing job. Incidently, that installer had never seen the like before! More...

The New Era team turned up on time and made quick progress starting on the preparation work. The post and panels were rather late in arriving due to a local road accident.
This delay did not stop the New Era team from getting on with their work. Once the post and panels arrived they worked quickly and efficiently to erect the new fence.

New Era Property Solutions were fantastic to work with replacing an old and damaged garden fence.

Simon was in contact regularly and understood our needs perfectly. The work was completed in only one day and despite the high temperatures, Simon and his colleague worked tirelessly (even with a 6-year-old eagerly overseeing them).
