My experience working with this focus group has been very disappointing. Paul has no customer service skills and lacks follow through. After seeing the first review for this company I was completely convinced it was a scam and tried to cancel. I wouldn't even respond to Paul's emails or calls. The day of the session, Beth, the owner, called me and was so understanding regarding my concerns and talked me off the ledge. I decided to go and try it out. I was given a check RIGHT after the session ended, for the amount agreed upon. Everything was so professional and organized. I thought it was too good to be true, but it's not! Paul does do a lot of emailing and texting but it's purely to make sure he has everything set for the client, so don't let that concern you. I would highly recommend working with this company.
