Marriage and family life can present a series of challenges that at times can seem overwhelming. For each stage of the marriage relationship there are a set of challenges that help transition the relationship to a closer more intimate bonding. Instead of ending the marriage identify what stage you are in and the challenges you need to meet as a couple.The same can be true for child and parent relationships, different stages represent different challenges and skills to acquire. Knowing when to let go and when to stand firm as a parent.
I have a certain way of starting our journey together. By the end of the first few sessions I want to have a picture in my mind of who you are. Because of this, I will take time to hear about your history, including family, school, relationships, health and work.
I will be asking you to set goals. Coaching is future focused and may be one of the most challenging things you ever do in your life.If you're like most of my clients, you'll get as much success out of your coaching as you put work into it.
