I brought in a Marantz SR5007 receiver which had been damaged during a move. Marantz authorized service is over in Norwich and would have been prohibitively expensive to use. Neville was kind enough to take a look -- and had it fixed within hours. Gave me quote for a simple few small jobs. I explained in detail what the job was . Watched him do most of the work but when came to near to the end of job said he had to do more then expected But he should only done what i asked for. Got home and found he had deliberately flicked off some surface mount components and damage some tracking . This wil cost me about £400 to replace. I have asked him to compensate me with a offer but he only offered me a refund of the quote he gave me More...
