We instructed Neves in Milton Keynes for the conveyancing of a combined sale and purchase. The team at Neves were excellent from start to finish (we had most dealings with Melissa, Lauren and Ellie-May). They did not sit on anything; as soon as there was work to progress they were on top of it, in addition to this they were regularly diarising to chase anything that was outstanding rather than just sitting back and waiting. Their communication was excellent, both within the team (the records kept on our file were accurate and up to date meaning they were always up to speed, no matter who we spoke to) and to us, via phone and email. Without the teams proactivity and hard work we never would have achieved what was a very ambitious exchange and completion timing target.
