Nick and the guys at Nettl worked on two projects for me; both with very different requirements and expectations. Not only did they provide high quality, large display boards for a medical congress they also printed a large batch of leaflets for a local community event and despite me selecting the lowest cost option available the quality of the paper and the print was outstanding. The products were of great quality, well packaged and delivered very quickly. The only problems I had was that the artwork preparation instructions were conflicting. It's specifically states to upload native files, but when you get to the upload stage it requests .pdf of .jpg formats. I managed to upload a vector in the end, but it's not coherent with the instructions. I also tried to get in contact with someone as it said online that artwork needs to approval before printing (from my end) but could not find at the feature. The online form was simple and the prices was much cheaper than any of the other places we had already looked at. In 2016, the quality of your website will be more critial than ever before. Since it’s likely that your competitors have an incredible website, expectations are high, and you must at least meet the bar, if not exceed it. If you want to stay in the game, you’ve got to have a website that makes it easy for your users to browse your products and services, make purchases, and to interact with your business.
So, what makes a great website? How can you set your website apart from the rest? We’ve put together some key website trends to focus on for success in 2016.

Do you have a style guide or any existing collateral?
What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Not much to be honest - we need a brief outline as to what the site has to do via a sitemap, the functions the site needs to offer and outline as to how the site needs to look.
After that we can start to put together some initial design ideas to present to the client before scheduling a meeting and starting to fill in with content and imagery.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Anything and everything. We have an extensive range of print products available from handheld collaterol to massive exhibition solutions as well as logo'd up merchandising such as pens, keyrings and mousemats.
Describe your creative process.
To begin with we find it beneficial to meet the client first for an informal chat - this allows us to gauge what the clients website and / or print goals are so that we can offer them the best solution for their needs and budget. Once we've established their goals we will begin design work and then work closely with the client fine tuning the design until it meets the clients objective.
