About a month ago Sean Springer, one of the physiotherapists, fitted me for some custom orthotics because my knees hurt too much to run. At first I didn’t see a ton of improvement but Sean told me to trust the process and to build up my run lengths slowly. This morning I just ran my 5k personal best and my knees feel great!
