I have enjoyed my time here, but especially when faced with the task of a high school reunion, with no budget. The owner and staff went above and beyond to help me with options that didn't require a downpayment. The class was thrilled with the option and the event is tonight. We had a large group on 2 large bikes for my birthday. The bikes were rather worn with missing seats and flat tires, but we still had a blast pedaling. The biggest disappointment was the service. Our guides were great, but their information was all over the place. We heard many different policies on whether we could or could not bring alcohol so we ended up leaving most of it at home/in the car, then found out from our guide that we could have brought it. We also did not receive any direction on where to go once our party arrived and we all sat on the wrong bikes due to no one being their to guide us, but we found our bikes and it was all good. My biggest disappointment from the ride was when we stopped at the Brass Rail. Our other stops at Henry's and Rudy's were fantastic, but we were never welcome at the Brass Rail. The bartender Larry was short, unfriendly, and disrespectful. We asked for dressed glasses and he replied with, "You can do it yourself, I'm not going to do that for you." He told us we could leave if we didn't like it. He was disrespectful even when asking who was paying our $200 tab, which we paid on one card rather than separate bills. I understand that a large group can be overwhelming, but I also know that this is a regular stop for Pedal City and a party of 30 is a common occurrence. Plus, we kept our drink order simple by limiting it to 2-3 options as to not overwhelm the staff. We would do Pedal City again, but we would not if this Brass Rail was part of our stop. More...

Cucumber vodka mixed drink and chicken wing dip is to die for!!!! Definitely a chill setting and some cool dudes behind the bar and Dj-ing. Great place overall!

Went out on a bike finally with an awesome group of friends and had the BEST time!!! Our “guide” Dana did an amazing job! We can’t wait to do it again!!!
