Worked with Kai from Connecticut Modular Homes who was easy to work with and very informative. We hired him as the GC also to finish our modular home which he and his designer Dan designed. It was great experience and they did a fantastic job.
This saved us funds which we where able to put back into the house in upgrades. I was nervous about doing a cost plus project but it actually went much better than I thought and came in less than the fixed cost estimates. But I also think this had a lot to do with Kai and him crew.

GPG and Connecticut Modular Homes where Great! Kai was great to work with on our new custom home. We are now working with him on a vacation home for Martha’s Vineyard. Do it right attitude and other neat ideas where fantastic. Nice to work with someone who layouts out the best way to do things and is onsite actually doing the work. He Educated me on options and best ways to build. We loved working with what I would call a small hands on boutique modular builder. Kai helped us with a custom project that was not easy due to wetlands and septic area issues. The house was 18 boxes and it went together so well. There where a few minor issues I thought but really was nothing because Kai and crew put the house together with all the special request and fixed any out of place. The trim work was fantastic. They really can do anything. I can not say enough about what a enjoyable and fun build this was. Small local builders who work the site themselves are the only way to go! More...
