What do you love most about your job?
I genuinely love the relief I am able to provide my customers. It humbles me every day that they trust me to handle their financial affairs. It causes me to always perform at my absolute best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always knew I wanted to start my own business. But during the years I worked for the federal government, I would sit across individuals' kitchen tables or in long boardrooms and always have the same thought -- if they had someone on their team proactively looking out for them, I most likely would not be here. So I figured I can do more to help people, businesses, and the government if I left the government to get the returns substantially right at filing versus trying to correct it during a tax audit.
Why should our clients choose you?
I enjoy working with my clients. I love answering questions and providing updates. Also, how often will you have someone who is a tax specialist (I'm an enrolled agent), with an accounting education and working background, who also worked for the IRS? More importantly, how often will you get that level of professionalism and expertise without paying a hefty hourly rate?
