Great, freshly made sandwiches with heaping portions of meat. Not the Ham and Cheese mom made you at home for $6.90.
They also have a salad bar, prepared salads, and daily serve a selection of soups from broccoli and cheese to chili.

We had an amazing event with the Sarasota Dental Association thanks to the help of MaryKay and Nellie's Catering Services. Nellie's helped us plan the event and menu for a very reasonable fee. In a pinch, after our wedding caterer cancelled six weeks before our wedding at home, a friend recommended Nellie's ... thank you, Charlene Parrish! The attention to detail was amazing, Cheryl Pember shames me when it comes to being organized and that is not easy to do! We had guests traveling from the New York metropolitan area, Houston, the Midwest and several other places across the country and each one of them were thoroughly impressed with the food -- we would highly recommend the lamb chops as appetizers. Everything was done so well. Cheryl is a master at corralling those that need to be corralled (kind of like herding cats, in this case); not only effective but polite at the same time. Thank you MaryKay and Nellie's Deli for helping make our recent wedding on LeBarge such a wonderful evening. In my preparations for our big day we went through three other caterers who completely dropped the ball; not returning calls or emails, not supplying a discussed quote for over 3 weeks, etc. Thank goodness for MaryKay who stepped in and put everything together for us with a smile, quick responses, and loads of great suggestions. My husband and I went to a wedding this weekend at Mote Marine and everything was catered by Nellies Deli. I recently had to switch to a dairy free diet because of a dairy allergy my newborn has. I was very nervous I wouldn’t be able to eat anything at the wedding. I asked one of the Nellies employees, Brie, if she had an allergen menu and she kindly asked what she could help me with. I explained the situation and without hesitation she went and asked the chef about all the food, what I could and couldn’t eat. We would have been lost without Nellie's Deli as our caterer! The amount of services that Nellie's provided makes them much more than just a catering company. Nellie's schedules several meetings throughout the planning process to help ensure all details are covered. Nellie's also has a storeroom of wedding decor that they let you look through and pick items to use during the wedding. We didn't have to purchase any centerpieces and used all the items from Nellie's. They also provide a day-of ceremony coordinator. Kathy was our ceremony coordinator and she made sure everyone knew where to go and how to line up. Brie was our amazing catering manager! Brie took care of the set up of our ceremony and reception. She decorated the entire wedding exactly the way I wanted. All we had to do was drop off our items to Nellie's a couple days before the wedding and they took care of the rest! All of our guests commented on how great the food was! We also used Nellie's to serve the alcohol at the wedding. We provided all the alcohol, mixers, and cups. Nellie's provided the drink dispensers, napkins, and ice. We definitely saved a lot of money by providing our own alcohol and having Nellie's serve. More...
