I started seeing Neil for help with some unresolved issues relating to several traumatic events that have happened in my life over the last 7 years. From the first session I knew that this therapy was going to help me get back to being me. Neil showed a tremendous amount of empathy and understand, which coupled with the techniques of this program has helped me to get back on track with my life and to regain my self esteem. I truly believe that the techniques I have learned with Neil, when applied whole heartedly and with focus, can help overcome many issues. For me this included feelings of anger, anxiety and a general lack of self worth. I recently contacted Neil to see if he would be able to help me stop smoking. I was a smoker of 23 years & had failed to stop several times before. Neil made me feel very at ease and the 2 hour session was life changing.
