Had a massage with Sara the other day and was amazing had the biggest knot in my shoulder that’s been so sore and uncomfortable, making me have to keep cracking my neck every few minutes for over a year now, Sara found this and was able to get rid of it completely through a really comfortable massage, I have now been completely pain free and not had to crack my neck at all since the massage, will definitely be returning for another and be recommending her to others, thank you Sara x

I was very impressed with my reflexology treatment by Sara. She was amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. She was professional at all times, and carried out a consultation which was very thorough which put me at ease. I felt instantly relaxed and felt the difference in my body after 1 treatment. The beauty room was so relaxing, soft music was playing and the scents of all the essential oils really helped me relax. I’m booked in again next week for a bamboo massage. Can’t wait to try it out! Sara is absolutely first class. Had the good fortune to have already received a course of reflexology and also back massages (including aromatherapy compress).
I felt at ease the minute she welcomed me, and the relief from back stiffness as soon as the treatment was complete was incredible.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people feel better, wether it’s physically, emotionally or mentally. I started this business to help guide people to optimum health through holistic alternative medicine, such as massage therapy and to be able to treat each client, mind body and soul.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a passion to help others and as a child I was taught the basics of massage and reflexology by my grandmother, who was a nurse. And as I have grown up I have realised that there is a huge health and wellness problem in our day-to-day lives and it’s now normal to be off work with stress and other conditions and that companies and employers are not as equipped to deal with these issues. So I felt the need to do my part to help.
Why should our clients choose you?
It is my goal to make you feel better, I want you to step into the salon and walk out feeling less pain,tension or stressed than when you came in. And to ensure you have enough information to be able to implement changes to your day-to-day life to help with your over all well being.
