We provide musical instrument lessons at our teaching studios at the edge of the town centre of Neath, South Wales, UK. We teach violin, piano, electric & acoustic guitar, electric bass, ukulele, composition, production, and music theory. All teachers are subject to an advanced DBS check and all lessons are conducted on a one-to-one basis.

I'm 65 yrs of age and ever since as a youngster listening to some great guiterists I've said one day I will learn to play guitar, well last year I finally started with neath music academy with a brilliant tutor Matt. Can't recommend him enough.

Can’t speak highly enough about the two tutors who teach in the Neath Music Academy. My grandson has piano lessons with Dean and guitar lessons with Matt. He loves his lessons. He likes to play songs of his choice and also likes to create his own music and they encourage him! Both tutors make the lessons fun and enjoyable experiences. He is also working towards grades. Guitar Lessons
Learn to play electric or acoustic guitar. From beginner's lessons to developing more advanced players. Our teachers are experienced working musicians. We can teach from the Rock School syllabus, or we can just teach you to play your favourite songs. We'll teach the way you like to learn.
Piano Lessons
Learn to play piano even if you have no prior knowledge or experience. We teach the ABRSM grades and use ABRSM music medals for younger learners. Coaching for experienced players up to diploma level.
Violin Lessons
Learn to play violin. No prior knowledge required for beginners and we can teach advanced students in order to further develop their playing. We have students of all ages and from all walks of life.
Music Theory Lessons
We can teach music theory up to grade 8. Supplement your playing skills with a real understanding of the theory of music. We teach the ABRSM syllabus.
Composition and Production Classes
We can help you understand how to develop your ideas into fully-fledged songs. Composition now plays a big part in GCSE music so it's of real benefit to know how it's done. Work with experienced songwriters to bring your ideas to life and produce songs within the Apple Logic production environment. You'll be learning production and recording techniques as you go, which is an added skill.
Electric Bass Lessons
The bass guitar is part of the foundation of music and there are many legendary bass payers that you may want to emulate. Our bass teacher is an experienced and passionate player with almost every style at his disposal. No previous experience necessary.
