I ordered some Valentine’s Day flowers for my daughter, who lives in Philly. I wasn’t familiar with any of the florists there because I live in the Boston area. This place is extremely overpriced! I asked for all white rose bouquet and went outside to take a call. When I came back in she had a bouquet with the tiny roses and carnations as if it were a funeral arrangement. I specifically told her it was for a bridal shower. I refused take it and she quickly made me another one with my choice of flowers. She overcharged me for the flowers that I picked! I’ve been there a few times and I know I definitely got ripped off. But she claimed $23.00 extra for the wrap and greens! She charged me $4.00 for each Babys Breath that weren’t included in the $23.00! I was so impressed by NE Flower Boutique. I live in Los Angeles and needed to send flowers to a memorial service in Philadelphia.
